It is no easy feat to change careers. Just because it is hard, doesn't mean you should not do it. An intentional process of discovering your very own strengths, leveraging them and understanding your weaknesses will help you make better decisions and enjoy a fulfilling new career.

This is an exciting time of self-discovery! I use several assessments to help you learn what you were created to do!
"We are God's masterpiece. He created us so we can do the good work He planned for us long ago." Eph 2:10
Fear keeps us where we are, even if we desperately want to make a change. Through coaching, we can explore those fears and discover ways of overcoming what is holding you back. Those fears can present themselves as “imposter syndrome” or people pleasing. Perhaps right now is the right time to step into something new for the right reasons.
"Do not be afraid, for I am with you. Do not be discouraged , for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand." Isaiah 41:10
Once you have the clarity and have overcome fears, we want to look at practical steps to position yourself for your best next career. Coaching can improve your networking, resume and interview skills.
“You will never maximize your potential in any area without coaching. You may be good. You may even be better than anyone else. But without outside input you will never be as good as you could be.”
When I graduated from Physical Therapy school in 1989, I thought I had my dream career and would never want to change. Well, that was over 30 years ago and, as I discovered, people change. I immensely enjoyed this career for over 20 years as it helped people overcome barriers. But a change occurred in me and I wanted to help people not only overcome physical barriers but to help them with the deeper matters of the heart. My journey from physical therapy to life coaching was not an easy one. I did not have a coach, I did not know myself well and I had no real understanding of my strengths. I actually had an identity crisis. Who am I? Changes in our roles at home and uncertainty about our calling and purpose can really make your head spin. The lack of clarity kept me "stuck", unsure of a path forward.
Coaching can give you clarity and momentum to take the next step. Don't stay stuck. You do not know what you might be missing!
