We will examine what is working and what is not. We will learn how to create small, doable habits and celebrate the victories. We will also learn how to overcome poor habits.
We will discuss how to cultivate an open mindset, let go of perfectionism, learn to eat mindfully, enjoy food, celebrate your wins, partner with God and so much more!
