Love yourself

If you are anything like me, I wasn’t even sure I was supposed to love myself! After careful study, I am convinced it is essential! You are a created being by the most high God. Without self love, we will neglect our mental, emotional and physical health. We will not achieve our goals or aim higher. We will continually lack confidence that will keep us in “safe” places and never step out into the unknown or our true calling. Without love for ourselves, we will break the committments we make to ourselves. When we fully understand our identity, our unique strengths and believe our true worth, dial into our passions, live intentionally and truly love ourselves—we will live with more joy! Life to full! HOW CAN COACHING HELP ME DISCOVER MY CALLING?

How can I know myself better?

Through powerful questions and several assessments to learn your strengths and talents, motivations and fears and spiritual gifts, you will know what makes you uniquely you.

I don’t even really know what my passions are. Can you help?

Through coaching and a few key sorting exercises, you will fully understand the areas of life and areas of God’s kingdom you may want to place your focus.

How can coaching help me with my identity?

Your identity is NOT based on your looks, bank account, church, job title, number on the scale or education level. The world (and probably even our parents) have told you who you are but it is most likely not true or incomplete. Learn who God says you are and stop believing Satan‘s lies. Discerning truth from lies is a big part of moving forward in your calling. The lies hold you back.

Can you help me create a mission statement and why are they important?

Yes, together we can craft a mission statement. These statements help provide clear guidance on areas to get involved in as well as when to step aside (guilt free). This statement can help you make the main thing “the main thing” and not get off track and overwhelmed.
