Apple Crumble

2 servings

2 medium apples

1/2 tsp butter

apple pie spice

almond slivers

Core 2 apples and cut into thin slices. Spread out onto a single layer of a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle 1/4 tsp of apple pie spice and top with pats of butter. Bake at 150 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until forkable. Top with almonds.

Kidney bean burgers

Ingredients:

½ oz chia seeds

1 large sweet potato

Kidney beans, 14 oz can

½ c cabbage (can use bagged salad cabbage blend for time savings)

½ t Smoked paprika 

½ t garlic powder

¼ c breadcrumbs (contains gluten)

1 t cornstarch

2 T balsamic vinaigrette 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine chia seeds and 3 T of water in large bowl and let sit for 5 min, or

until water is absorbed. Dice up sweet potatoes into ½ in each. Drain and rinse kidney beans. Rough

Banana+Oatmeal cookies

2 dozen
3 mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 cup apple sauce
2 cups oats
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup raisins or nuts
1 cup  dark chocolate chips (60% or more)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together and
bake for 15-20 minutes.

Flourless Chocolate Cake

Flourless chocolate cake

1 cup printed dates

2/3 c boiling water

1 c cacao powder

4 eggs

2 TBS maple syrup

1 t vanilla extract

1 c dark chocolate chips

2 c chopped strawberries

2 c blueberries

Place dates in class dish and pour boiling water over them.Let them sit for 15 mi. Preheat oven to 325degrees. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.In powerful blender, place dates, liquid, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and blend until smooth. Add in cacao powder and stir. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake for 35 minutes
